Lighthouse Ahangama

The people working there are very nice, the owner too who gives us very nice advices. They are very available and high level of hospitality. The rooftop is also amazing

The view was the best part, also the French toast (best I have ever had in my life)

Lovely views of the sea and Ahangama and great food.

Unfortunately we don’t think this place was worth the money. The room felt damp and in the bathroom there was a window missing so we couldn’t shut it which meant a lot of mosquitoes coming in. The shower was cold and it’s more of a wet room so water everywhere. The safe hadn’t been reset and when we let the staff know they said someone would come later which didn’t happen. When we went to pay the final bill it seemed to be a lot higher than we expected but I was only shown a quick glance at the bill (I should have asked to see it in more detail). As it was the off season the staff were just standing around which is understandable but made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Location and view was good

The fact that there was no TV, rooms are small, we got put on the first floor so view was good but would of been better on a higher floor since we booked WAY in advance, in breakfast if you want anything like cheese in your omelette you have to pay 880 Rupee just for cheese, in happy hour staff did not explain properly how it works we were charged MORE!!! And there approach was bad only after they you drink they explain the happy hour which was a bad!!
