Scam! Stay away!
Caution! When we arrived on a delayed flight nobody was there to let us in and nobody answered the phone. We even had informed the hotel before about the arrival time. In the end we had to find and pay a new hotel in the middle of the night. Until today we did not receive an apology or recompensation!! We can only recommend to stay away from this scam!!

The really nice and helpful staff! The extremely clean place! The fact that the restaurant is the same facilities! The extremely tasty vegetarian pizza!
I needed to get one bus and one train to go to Venice. Last return bus is around 7pm.

hotel does not exist and i never saw money again!!!
Nothing!!!
We booked and had to pay!!! And got a confirmation!!! As we arrived nobody was there. On the phone a man said, that the hotel does not exist and hang up the phone. I paid and at booking nobody reacted on my Mail of complaint!!! I'm pissed off!!
