Close proximity to everything, including public transport. It was super easy to find and binus point for having underground parking for only $10 a night.
The apartment was really clean, the 2 bathrooms were great. We had a balcony with a view on the river which was lovely.
The 2 bedrooms were separated by the living room meaning you don't share a wall (especially great if you're traveling with snorers).
The pillows but we could bring our own if needs be. We tend to be pretty particular about our pillows and having fluffier ones would be a great addition.

The location is excellent. 3min walk to a major shopping centre and trams /buses. 10min walk to broadbeach. Next door to Dracula's and a short walk to the casino.
It would be better if the pantry had a few basics - even if it was just an oil spray and salt and pepper.

the location was amazing, pool and downstairs common area were nice
not convenient to get keys, apartment wasn’t very clean. we had a lady let herself in during our stay insisting she must clean all the fans in apartment immediately. I politely asked her to come back another time, she said “I need to clean now, will be fast” and continued in and wiped all fans down while my belongings were on the bed underneath the fan ?? was very strange
