The flat is very comfortable wirh good equipment and space. Needs some maintenance, in particular the bathroom
The pictures don't reflect the reality - there are buildings being built in front, so there is no view and there is noise on the weekdays from early morning. Not worth the price given the current circumstances

Well-equipped apartment in a very nice location. The apartment is large, spacious with a beautiful view of the sunrise in Funchal. The private parking space is the best. There is a bakery, a grocery store and a greengrocer's a few meters from the apartment.

Das Apartment war innen wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett war bequem und die Küche super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut okay.
Wir haben die Unterkunft insbesondere aufgrund der tollen Aussicht gebucht. Als wir ankamen, dann der Schock: direkt gegenüber ist eine riesige Baustelle, auf der täglich (außer sonntags) ab 07 Uhr morgens bis abends gearbeitet wird. Kein Meerblick, sondern der Blick auf Bauarbeiter, die nur ca 10m Luftlinie entfernt sind. Echt richtig enttäuschend! Wir konnten dann zum Glück früher ausziehen und haben eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Der Gastgeber kam uns da entgegen.
