Appartement propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Totalement conforme aux photos. Le parking est un vrai plus.

Nous avons eu du mal à avoir de l' eau chaude en continu, nous avons signalé le problème, a priori , il y a eu une intervention mais pas de changement.

Die Unterkunft ist in der Ausstattung okay. Tiefgarage mit direkten Zugang zur Wohnung. Schöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Große Fenster!

Kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Leicht abgewohnt, könnte modernisiert werden. Gastherme zu klein für zwei Badezimmer. Langer Vorlauf für warmes Wasser ( heutzutage nicht mehr nachhaltig), Waschmaschine wäscht aber bestimmt ca. 15 Jahre alt) Vieles Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft, Nachbarn führen Gespräche auf den Balkonen bis in die Nacht hinein. Zählt zwar nicht zur Ausstattung aber zum Gesamten.

my experience in this apartment helped to correct many shortcomings at the cost of our comfort and nerves, everything that I described has already been corrected except for the impression of the stay: - there was a feeling of unsafety due to short circuit problems in the electrical panel during the stay; - on the very first evening when we wanted to spend time in front of the TV it turned out that it was damaged, the matrix was cracked, there was no image, only sound; - the microwave makes terrible noises when working, it needs to be replaced a long time ago; - the guest book indicated a different parking space number than in the instructions sent via chat, which is why we were woken up early in the morning by the angry owner of the parking space with a demand to move the car;
