die Betten beziehungsweise die Matratzen waren uns zu hart und die Federn spürte man bei jedem Umdrehen. Hierzu muss ich allerdings gestehen, dass wir weiche Matratzen bevorzugen.

Ne příliš pohodlné postele, pružiny u matrace byly cítit na každém žebru. Špatně fungovaly závěsy, zasekávaly se, nešlo otevírat okno na terasu, v jednom pokoji jsme celou dobu nemohli větrat. Po upozornění nikdo nereagoval. Po asi týdnu se nám velmi ztěžka podařilo tyto dveře otevřít, pak už ale zase nešly. V jedné koupelně špatně odtékal odpad v umyvadle.

Our stay had several issues that significantly affected the overall experience. Communication before arrival was quite problematic. We struggled to get timely responses and even had to contact Booking support for assistance. The payment instructions sent via WhatsApp were unclear and unprofessional, which created unnecessary concern at the beginning of our stay. The apartment looks better in photos than in reality — it feels more like it’s designed to look good online rather than to provide real comfort. While the view is nice, it does not compensate for the overall shortcomings. The beds were very uncomfortable — the mattresses were worn out, and you could feel the springs, which made it difficult to rest properly. Cleanliness was also not at the expected level, and the apartment lacked some basic amenities (such as shower gel, coffee, etc.), with only hand soap provided. In one of the bathrooms, the drain was clogged, and the water drained very slowly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the power outlets were inconveniently placed. The terrace was not clean, and some of the chairs were broken. Towels are not replaced during the stay, and there is no housekeeping service — even during our 8-day stay, we were left to manage everything ourselves after check-in.
