Loved the location so near the train station. Clean room, security getting in off the street late plus entering where the rooms are. Very quiet even though on a street, great eateries over the road.
The TV remote wasn’t working unfortunately so couldn’t watch TV.

Great location, barely a few minutes from the main station, everything is a walkable distance from there, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Great place to rest and get to know the city a little if you have a flight the next day. The host was exceptional, attentive, friendly and responsible.
There are stains, chips on the wall, I would say the place needs a little love maintenance wise . The view is not very nice. The front of the building is full garbage bins on the inside which is not a great impression . The elevator stopped working but our host helped us get our (very heavy) luggage down to the main floor at 5 am.

It was an ideal location for Termini Station.
The bed was to low, it was hard for two people in their 70’s to get in and out of.
The television didn’t work.
The curtains were dirty, but overall the room and shower room were relatively clean.
