About this villa rental
This cozy and comfortable two bedroom and two bathroom villa is steps away from the ocean. The kitchen has been recently updated with quartz countertops, painted cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully-stocked to meet your family's cooking needs. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating while you enjoy your large mounted HDTV.
The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination and new stone-topped two-sink vanity.
The guest bedroom consists of two double beds, HDTV and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom also has a tiled tub and shower combination.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the fountain of Barrington Park. The beach is easily accessed by a very short walk!

Wonderful experience. The rental was beautiful and clean. Nice set up. Light switches can be a bit challenging to figure out. Pool would be great for families with young kids but is not really designed for swimming. Short walk to the beach. Convenient parking. Furniture in the unit was very nice. Sleeper couch was excellent. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great place to enjoy a long weekend getaway. Secluded area and secure and nice stroll to the beach access and pool. Would definitely stay in Palmetto Dunes resort again. Only issue we had was the clothes dryer didn’t work properly and had to call maintenance for a quick fix.

The kitchen had lots of supplies to making cooking easy, One cupboard should be left to store cereal, snacks, etc. rather than leaving on the counter. Updated appliances and washer/dryerr. Place needs updated bedding - bedspread soiled, and rugs old and not cleaned. Place needs a good cleaning.
