Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with two double beds, and a convenient pull-out sofa in the living area.
Filled with natural light, the open and inviting interior creates the ideal setting for a relaxing beach getaway. The private balcony offers beautiful views of the lush grounds and sparkling ocean, making it the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach. The unit was nice .... it was clean ..... you get a small view of the ocean looking towards the right. The grounds were kept up very nice. Only BIG complaint was every morning at 8AM the blower would start up and last until about 9AM. Just the wrong time to do this ... I wanted to sit on the deck and have my coffee ... never could with constant loud noise. Not fault of the owner, just bad decision by the HOA board to do so early bothering all folks there daily. Had to sit inside until after 9AM. I think it's time for the carpeting to be changed, near the end of its life, pretty dirty from normal rental use.Overall, a great time. Bikes were a good plus too.
