Appartment was very clean, view from balcony fantastic, very close to bus stop to get to city center and thermal baths (please note that in the evening, bus only goes until approx. 1800 o'clock), very good and fast communication with host, very comfortable sofas in the living room, well equiped kitchen. Nice touches by the host were chocolate and pre-selection of tea and coffee.

The communication with the host was very fast and clear. The flat is located near the navette stop to go to the ski-resort. You get a guest card which allows you free navette transportation, discount to thermal baths, discount on the ski pass and so on. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The flat is spacious, was clean and warm enough, there are lots of available plugs, the kitchen has everything you need also microwave, fondue and raclette gear (we couldn't just find a pair of scissors, but it's a minor annoyance). It was overall quiet, and the building is well maintained. There's also a ski room :)

1. The sound isolation is, as many of these ski resort flats, quite poor: we heard one of the neighbours coming in on Friday night, using their bathroom/toilet around midnight and then waking up at 6.30am on Saturday with loud music until 7am when they left. It was very annoying. 2. Please note that you have to send the host a 100chf deposit prior to the booking - I would have liked it to be written a bit more clearly in the description.

Very nice chalet with all facilities...great for family stay ...Patricia provided very good instructions.
