Spacious flat with an awesome view!

We got a message to call them when we arrive. Upon arrival, the Facility Manager met us and handed over the key. He took the time to show us the flat and did a marvelous job! The flat itself was more or less in the 70s/80s style we expected. It was spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! The parking was great, and we were able to walk everywhere in Leukerbad from our flat. Additionally, having two separate bedrooms was beneficial, with one featuring a double bed and the other two single beds. And something noteworthy: the kitchen was stocked with proper equipment to cook!

The family that booked the flat before cooked curry for a day or two, which is unfortunately a common problem in all Swiss tourist destinations, as guests are often unaware of how long this can linger after they leave. The Facility Manager was kind enough to air out the flat as much as possible before our arrival, and he also placed some candles. So, we were not disturbed. We appreciate his knowledge here.

Great place to stay.

We booked this on the morning of our stay, so we were a little worried by the short notice, however, check in was easy and the keys were inside. The apartment was in a great location, and it was quick and easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. The free parking outside of the apartment was certainly handy. We had only booked for a single night, and it was perfect for our requirements. The rooms were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable enough. The kitchen and bathroom were a little small but were well equipped.

Great location, easy access to the town and all its facilities. Spacious apartment, large master bedroom with plenty of storage. Convenient parking outside the building. Everything was clean.

Decor was a bit dated. The kitchen equipment was plentiful and OK but was well used.

Great apartment for kids: great location, comfortable, clean, and very responsive and kind owner

The owner made everything very easy from start to finish. He spoke English, French, and German and responded quickly to questions I had sent when preparing for our trip, as well as questions I had during our stay. Checking in was very straightforward, and the apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely view and very centrally located (5 min walk from the thermal baths). The apartment is especially good for families, including with toddlers. There were toys for the kids to play with, and the kitchen was set up well. When our daughter became ill mid-way through our stay, the owner was extremely understanding and accommodating. We were very grateful to be in this apartment with a sick child, rather than a hotel! I would stay here again in an instant.

This is extremely minor, but it would have been nice to have a few dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher available, since it doesn't make sense to buy a whole box for a short stay. When I asked the owner, he happily provided us with a few.

Great facilities, Spacious Apartment, Friendly host

The apartments was large and spacious. It was perfect for a family with kids. There was a lot of entertainment and games for the kids that came with it. Kitchen was well equipped and they quickly provided a microwave when we requested for one. It had lovely views and was conveniently located within reach to the Leukerbad Therme and the small shopping center. It was all in all a great space and I would definitely stay there again. The host was very friendly and eager to make sure that we were comfortable.

The cleaning especially in the bathroom could be improved. There was lack of attention to detail in the cleaning leaving some spots on the walls, the doors, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The urgent parts were quickly rectified but it would have been better if the cleaning was improved and a spot check was carried before guest arrival. The towels and bedding were old and despite them being clean were not very presentable. The pillows were especially uncomfortable and no longer provided any support.

The kitchen was fully furnished, and there were some board games available. Amazing views.

The check out time was not very clear, as in the booking website stated from 7:30 to 9:30, but we eventually did the check out later.

Great low cost stay

Staff is great. Speak several languages, an easy going host. Super relaxed location. Great views near the apartament. At 5min from the supermarket. The fridge cools really well. Great lights in the new reformed room we got from the host. As an addition, they give you printed guest card to have some discounts or free to use services in the town. Amazing.

As they do not have an office, you shall contact by phone the host. It could be great to have some instructions nearby. We did manage to find the wifi password and contact him (our roaming was not working). The room could get noisy if you are a person who moves frequently in bed and disturb neighbors. It could have shampoo and shower gel.

The apartement had a new interior design and a large comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Great view from the balcony.

The builing is quite old and you hear the neighbours through the doors and the wallls.

Cozy apartment, very close to downtown

The location is within walking distance to Leukerbad town and the thermal bath. The room was very big and clean. If we happen to visit Leukerbad again, we will stay here again for sure.

Comfortable apartment with excellent location in Leukerbad

The host was very welcoming and friendly and he made sure to be at the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor so not much of a view but the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with quite a big balcony. Families with young ones will appreciate the books and toys in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is excellent, the Leukerbad thermal spa is just a couple of minutes away as well as the supermarket and several restaurants, and the Gemmi cable car is only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
