Amazing family vacation

We stayed at the property for two weeks. We enjoyed it a lot. The apartment was big enough for our family, and we had everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped. The staff was really friendly and kind. The location was perfect: 10 minutes from the Torrent Lift and 10 minutes from the city center. Overall, we were positively impressed by Leukerbad! It was a great family vacation with reasonable prices for accommodation, lift tickets, and restaurants. The slopes and facilities were well-maintained, the ski school was well-organized, and the teachers were professional and kind with the kids. The restaurant at Rinderhütte is also recommended, with good prices and delicious food! Gemmi, on the other side of the city, was also amazing for sledding and snow walks. There were many events for families and others, such as an ice skating disco and sunset après-ski parties. Of course, we enjoyed the great spas in the city, as there are many thermal baths in Leukerbad. We will definitely come back!

Connections between floors to units in A, B, C, D and E, and to the garage were unique and not straightforward. Kitchen was well equipped for 5 people but missing a pair of scissors Website advertised a different city tax rate - possibly increased now due to inflation - that increased the price of rental

Gret stay and very good value

Very nice one bedroom flat with giant balcony and mountains view. Parking and ski locker. 10mn/15mn walk to downtown city, 5 mn walk to skilift (Telepheric), and bus stop at 100 meters. Staff very helpful.

We didnt have a washing machine in the one bedroom flat, but laundry room is available on lower floor.

Thomas was very nice, and we received a quick answer to all our questions and requests. The location is great and the view from the hotel is wonderful. The apartment was plesant and fully aquipmented.

Location, cleanliness and service

Would have loved some cleaning material in the kitchen which is normally there. Also ironing and microwave should be available as standard inside the apartment. But Thomas was very helpful in getting us a microwave.

Generous rooms and close to ski lift

Spacious rooms with good cooking facilities. Everything was very clean. A short walk into the centre of town along the Promenade. Really close to the Torrent ski lift. We could even order bread from the reception for breakfast which was practical. We had a great stay!

Immer wieder gerne

Lage nahe Torrentbahn,2 Badezimmer einmal Dusche und einmal Badewanne was mit kleinen Kinder sehr angenehm war.Der Spielraum im Untergeschoss ist sehr gross und gut ausgerüstet.Einstellhallenparkplatz sehr Praktisch für das ein und ausladen. Für uns als Famillie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (2.5 jahre und 6 monate) Perfekt.

Das Appartement war sehr schön gestaltet, geräumig und hell. Speziell zu erwähnen ist der Brot-Service, wo morgens auf Bestellung frisches Brot geliefert wird und bei der Rezeption abgeholt werden kann. Die Unterkunft ist ganz in der Nähe der Torrentbahn zum Skifahren.

Die Betten waren gut, die Matrazen allerdings nicht mehr so auf dem neusten Stand.

Devoir rendre les clés avant 9h00 du matin, devoir enlever les draps et nettoyer le sol avant notre départ (mais finalement c’est vite fait). Il manque aussi un micro ondes

Jolie semaine de vacances de ski en famille. Nous reviendrons !

Joli petit appartement. La chambre est grande avec une salle de bain attenante, ce qui est assez pratique lorsque les enfants dorment dans le salon. Celui-ci est de la même taille que la chambre et est pourvu d'une cuisine très bien équipée. Le canapé-lit convient bien pour deux adultes et donc deux enfants. Le tout est joliment décoré et offre une vue assez cool sur les montagnes.

La dureté des matelas et le manque de rangements (les armoires étaient déjà assez pleines)
