Haus Crystal 5 nights stay

We loved the location and the apartment positioning for it's views and space. It was well equipped regarding the kitchen. Overall quite clean,bed linen and towels provided clean as well. Quite warm for the weather.

No presence at the reception,just a sticked paper on the door with the room nr,my name and instructions about the keys location. It was a bit confusing and had to guess the next steps,but not very complicated after all.For a 5 nights stay no cleaning was made until departure or towel change,which would be necessary. The bed mattress could get a big upgrade, as it was a struggle to sleep on it. Two single beds put together can't be called a double bed. We were three guests even if we were two parents and a child of thirteen and received two blankets and two pillows so not much attention to detail. Overall a good stay but it could have been much better.

Best place to spend your time in Leukerbad!

Loved the views as well as the location! Nestled right in the heart of Leukerbad and so close to the local hiking paths and gondolas!

Nothing! And the host was also exceptionally helpful. Only surprise was the extra payment for parking (CHF 10/night).

Comfy Stay

Easy stay for the night. Price did not reflect the quality of the property however it was spacious and clean and if we was there a few more nights would have been more useful as contains kitchen area. Great location if you want to get to kanderstag can take a car train to there which cuts out a lot of journey time. Costa 30CHF

Everything, the reception was great and helpful, the rooms very sparkling clean and the view from the rooms was amazing. We had a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with everything one needs. I highly recommend this if you are there or want a base to check out the alps.

Great stay in the Alps!

Memorable place for all the good reasons! Beautiful view of the Alps, tha money can't buy. The apartment has everything you need. Enough space to for a two. Apartments and bathrooms were very clean and neat. Overall, it's a lovely apartment we will definitely be back. Thins is an alpine village, so be prepared for that. Coop is the main grocery store, and we could buy everything you need from there ( it wasn't too expensive as I would expect for!) Location wasn't an issue for us as we wanted to stay much closer to the Alps for hiking. But this is away from the main attraction points , so it might not be for everyone.

Excellent view from the Mountain View apartment, very calm, peaceful and beautiful area. There were a lot of small things taken into consideration by the property which really made our stay memorable.

Great holiday

On initial arrival, staff were super friendly. We arrived quite late so very accomadating. The room we were given had no WIFI so we asked to be moved. There was a little resistance but we moved and was very happy. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.We came off season beginning of April so as expected a lot of shops were closed but even so we had some amazing experiences, we went to Mount Gimme, to the Therme baths and took a hike up the mountain.

I did make misstake with reservation and book this hotel for 2 nights. Reservation was made same day in the morning as check-in day. I did contatct hotel 4 hours before check-in and explain what was happened, manager/responsible person at hotel refused to refund for both days. This person shloud be shame for his desicion, practicaly he stole my money. I do undertand I was my fault, but keep money for both days with breakfast and know that guest will not come, AGAIN SHAME ON YOU

Everything worked perfectly, we had all the facilities we needed in our apartment. The view was exceptional. The hospitality of the owner made our holidays unforgettable. We would like to come back again.

A very nice and clean apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. Great location, parking spot just next to the building, bike/ski room, elevator, quiet area. There was everything we needed in the apartment when it comes to the kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories and the room equipment - nothing more was needed.

Minor things - the toaster was broken, as well as the bathroom door (it didn't close). There was no dishwasher detergent so we couldn't use dishwasher. One of the spots to sleep was an unfolded sofa which was uncomfortable and this was the biggest disadvantage.

Es war gemütlich, einfach gehalten, aber alles notwendige war vorhanden.

Das Studio war im Dorf und daher sehr einfach zugänglich. Die Nachbarn waren freundlich aber vielleicht etwas laut.

Das zugeteilte Studio war nicht im Hauptgebäude, ohne uns dies mitzuteilen. Der Standort des Studios war schwer besser als das Hauptgebäude. In Booking sind nur Bilder vom Hauptgebäude vorhanden. Das könnte besser sein.

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Dinge in Leukerbad waren zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Wenn etwas fehlte konnte man es an der Rezeption sagen und man hat sofort ausgeholfen.

Die Räume waren zum Teil sehr warm. Das Kissen war nicht meins.
