Great location for hiking. Nice views of Skiddaw range. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable, clean apartment and quiet during our stay in February. Bus stop across the road is handy to go further afield without using the car. Dog friendly is a must for us.
Cold on arrival and only warmed fully by the second day. It would have been appreciated if the heating had been turned up ahead of our arrival.

Mooie locatie: goed te bereiken en vanuit het appartement kon je mooie wandelingen maken. Meer was op een 10 minuten lopen.
Oppervlakkig schoongemaakt, de badkamer en raamkozijnen waren gewoon vies (schimmel en dode vliegjes). Ook veel rommel in het appartement, zo was er een gangkast met op de bodem stapels wasgoed en blikken verf naast de strijkplank. Onder de bedden lag gewoon rommel verstopt, zoals oude schilderijen, dozen etc.

Location, views
Beds were so uncomfortable, not good after a long day walking. Could not get shower to work. When I filled the bath I couldn’t empty it!! Couches in the lounge were not comfy, again difficult to relax after a busy day exploring. It could be lovely with a bit of TLC
