Fine but responsiveness from the owners/operators could have been better
Location, location, location.
The customer service was unresponsive. Messages sent via Booking were marked as delivered, and as it turns out, acted on (we asked for a cot and one was there). But we never received a reply and didn't get confirmation, so we brought our own cot. After we left, an inquiry about lost property has been similarly unanswered. The cottage was fine, but I'd prefer to receive replies to messages.

Cosy, comfy, bright & clean.
The house was very clean and comfortable, bright and well appointed. The beds were comfy, the sofa and chairs were comfy. The bathroom had a great shower (with wand option, which i was really pleased about).
We did not realize that there was a recycling bin out the back so we filled the kitchen bin with things that we otherwise could have recycled. A downstairs toilet would be nice. And somewhere to hang coats under the stairs?
