Amazing location. Once parked did not need to drive anywhere. Easy access to all the hikes we wanted to do. Few minutes walk into Keswick too. Had use of washing machine and kitchen facilities were spot on. Beds were ok.
Could really do with upgrading to a smart tv in living room so we could log into Netflix etc. Travelling with children we walk all day then on a night would have liked to stay in and watch some movies. The TV was very dated and really difficult to use. Could not get any of the upstairs TV’s to work. Luckily we had iPads for the kids. Also a better Hoover would be a plus. We like to keep our holiday rentals clean as we are mindful we have our dog there too. Also handbook states not to let pets on furniture - we would never let our dog upstairs in a holiday cottage but would be handy to have had some blankets to use on sofas so he could have been allowed to lie on there with us.

Location was great, settee extremely comfortable, secure back garden and parking available in garage
Bit dated, Hoover was terrible and tvs need updating, lounge tv should be bigger and better, they are so cheap these days and smart tv is a minimum.

Good quiet location, good starting point for some of our favourite walks, good size enclosed garden, the garage came in useful for parking as it was a little busy when my daughter arrived.
