Great location, good value for money, comfortable but needs updating, especially tv
Location was great, settee extremely comfortable, secure back garden and parking available in garage
Bit dated, Hoover was terrible and tvs need updating, lounge tv should be bigger and better, they are so cheap these days and smart tv is a minimum.

Lovely relaxing time away with plenty of walking lots to occupy you.
Good quiet location, good starting point for some of our favourite walks, good size enclosed garden, the garage came in useful for parking as it was a little busy when my daughter arrived.

Super Location - kids loved exploring by the river. Well equipped house. Very pleasant stay.
Nothing really … providing a bar of soap for the bathroom and a sponge for the kitchen would have been a nice extra. The hoover needs replacing.

Convenient but needs a bit of tlc
Location Was great
A bit run down and smelled of damp. Hoover smelt of dogs too. Seal on bedroom window gone so was cold.

Fabulous
Although it says no parking at the property, we always found parking on the next street. Easy walking to town and easy drive for access to cell walks.
As the place is dog friendly, for non-dog owners, it smelt a bit of dog.

The comfort of the settees ,no instructions for the cooker. Trying to get into the house past the overgrown garden front and back Only one bin was emptied after following the instructions left.overall
