The room was large and spacious, the bed soft and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight - a great spread with main dish, fruit, and dessert plus a beverage corner for coffee/tea. The location was good - in a quiet neighborhood a little behind the main street, walking distance to a lot of sights in the old city. There were umbrellas for loan and Nai was very helpful in arranging to book a tour. Would definitely stay again!
The shower could get clogged, it would probably benefit from daily cleaning of the drain. A lot of mosquitoes in the morning, but that is common as the breakfast area is located next to the garden with a lot of plants - might want to bring mosquito repellent.

Felt like I was welcomed into someones home and not a hotel! Was only there one night but that’s all i needed, to know that whenever I come back to Chiang Mai, I’m staying here. Very clean, privacy is respected, breakfast was good and the hospitality was amazing.

We had a lovely stay here. It was clean, welcoming, good facilities with snacks and breakfast food provided, as well as a coffee machine and tea. The location was great, less than 10 minutes to everywhere we wanted to see! It felt like a really authentic experience, with a lovely garden too.

A little tranquil oasis tucked down a little soi in the old town. Loved my stay and wish I was staying longer!
