I love to stay here when in Chiang Mai - as well as the excellent central location, the cleanliness, facilities and the staff are all wonderful. 5*

I liked the living room area.
Having to take our shoes off right at the door and walking around the entire building barefoot wasn’t pleasant. Also the bathrooms are tiny and aren’t clean in my opinion. There’s an odor that follows them. This place is advertised as being really clean and it’s why I booked it, but it wasn’t clean. The sinks clogged up when you used them to brush and it was just not the vibe. I will not be booking here ever again.
