The place is relaxing and clean. The bed is the comfiest and softest ever. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are all very good. Place is spotless clean.

So this hotel advertises itself 5-star, and honestly, facility-wise and service-wise, it kind of does hold up. Breakfast was great with good variety, tasty, and set up in a nice spot. There's a pool too, small (like, barely 3 meters wide) and not super private, but hey, there's a kid-safe area at least. Gym's tiny but it's there. Feels like this place really cares more about hosting events such as ballrooms, conference halls, that kind of thing. You can tell because there's registration setups and photo backdrops spilling right into the reception area. Parking out front is a mess though -super limited, so guests like me kept getting shut out by people coming for conferences, and had to park in this hot outdoor lot instead. At least they've got golf carts to shuttle you around. Once I got to my room, the 5-star vibe kind of disappeared. No comb, no cutlery, not even a water glass. These are the stuffs you'd expect at this level. And the room just wasn't well taken care of. There are water stains and dust on the table edges, the bed frame peeling, the toilet spray handle all loose, wardrobe door that wouldn't shut properly. Soundproofing? Basically nonexistent. I could hear people moving chairs upstairs and cars from the main road. The buildings are packed close together too, so from my room I could straight-up see hotel staff setting up a meeting room in the building next door... and yeah, pretty sure they could see me too. One saving was that the bed and pillows were SO soft, I slept really well. They even sell the pillows at the hotel, which honestly, fair enough. They're that good. Bottom line is this 5-star hotel doesn't really deliver 5-star everywhere, especially in the rooms, but the price is still pretty steep compared to other places in the same range.

The room it was more than standard and there was a lot of flys in the room I ask to change the room And also there is no support from reception staff the good thing in there is security people they are very kind and restaurant staff are very good and professional
