Protest was warm comfort and well equipped
Nothing. Had problems initially as the information given to check in and get the key was for the previous property managers. Eventually go to the correct property manager but was given the wrong key lock code. We did leave a drink bottle at the property and they kindly contacted us and we were able to pick it up on our return trip through Tekapo.

The directions ! Apparently they weren’t working correctly but the gentleman from the office came up and guided us to the correct place

The property had absolutely everything you needed / wanted to cook meals at home if you wanted. Bedding was super comfortable. There was more than enough heating available through out the house that no one could ever be cold. Kids were entertained endlessly by the ping pong table.
There were no rails on the bunk beds. This might not worry some families, but it was a slight concern as my kids are rollers in their sleep.
