The views from the property are breathtaking!!The property was clean, beds were comfortable and internet speed was impressive!!

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

It was a million dollar view!

The location of the property was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the Ecoya soaps.

The biggest issue with this property was the lack of transparency around pricing and the children’s policy. I tried to make a booking for 2 adults and 2 children, but the available options only allowed me to select 2 adults, 3 adults, or 4 adults. The property’s child policy also states, “All children welcome. Children over 18 will be charged as adults.” Because of this, it was unclear how my two children under 5 would be charged. I contacted the property directly for clarification and was told that children are charged the same rate as adults, at $45 per night. However, this did not seem to match the final amount I was charged, which was $815 for two nights. Overall, I found the pricing structure very confusing and felt that the costs were not explained transparently enough. There were also a few other issues during our stay. The refrigerator had apparently been set to its coldest temperature, which I did not notice until the following morning, when I discovered that everything inside had frozen. There was also a locked door down the hallway that looked quite unsettling. It could not be opened, and there was no explanation of what it was for, which I found a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the automatic hallway lighting was not very effective and could be inconvenient at times. Despite these issues, the property had some positive aspects, but I believe greater transparency around pricing and clearer information about the children’s policy would significantly improve the guest experience.
