Installations in general but specially home design, swimming pool and bbq, without forgetting the kitchen.

Missing information about people that enter at home for maintenance. We didn’t expected that and we were surprised. About trash, all containers are very far from the home. A lot of ants in different places in rooms, kitchen, etc... About wifi, it’s slow and not cover all house.

Luxurious villa, stunning views and amazing time with friends and family.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean, had everything we needed and the views were incredible. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the villa. We would suggest hiring a car as it is a little far out but taxis were reasonable and fairly easy to book. Great stay!

We would have liked to use the sound system in the house but instead used our own Bluetooth speaker so not a problem. We couldn’t find where to put the rubbish at the end of the stay so some more detailed instructions of where the bins are would be helpful.

Casa espectacular con vistas a la cala de a Granadella

Es una casa espectacular. Muy amplia, luminosa y bien equipada. Tiene unas vistas increibles a la cala de la Granadella a la que puedes ir andando en unos 15 minutos. Tambien hay varias rutas de senderismo para poder hacer. Desayunar con esas vistas es un verdadero lujo. Hemos podido disfrutar de una semana de vacaciones toda la familia y tanto adultos y niños hemos estado encantados. Maxine muy agradable en todo momento y nos resolvía al instante todas las dudas o necesidades, incluso nos envió por correo unas prendas que nos dejamos olvidadas. Si volvemos a Javea no dudaremos en alquilarla.de nuevo.

La casa tiene algunos desperfectos por el alquiler continuo, pero que la luz de la piscina no funcione no te impide disfrutar de la piscina o que la rejilla del horno se salga con facilidad no te impide usar el horno, sólo hace falta tener un poco de cuidado. Son cosas que con un pequeño mantenimiento se pueden resolver. La casa está a 20 minutos en coche de Jávea, pero está claro que, si quieres estar con esas vistas y esa tranquilidad tienes que estar alejado.

“Vacaciones arruinadas por una casa en mal estado y una anfitriona negligente”

Como mucho, la ubicación y las vistas del alojamiento, aunque necesitas coches si o sí.

Una de las peores experiencias vacacionales que hemos tenido. Desde el primer momento, la casa no cumplía con lo que prometía en el anuncio. La piscina, uno de los principales atractivos, no tenía mantenimiento y a los pocos días se volvió completamente verde e inutilizable. Dentro de la casa, nos encontramos con numerosas luces que no funcionaban, muebles rotos o defectuosos, y un aire acondicionado que apenas servía, dejando las habitaciones sofocantes durante la noche. La barbacoa no se parece en nada a la de las fotos: estaba oxidada, sucia y completamente inservible. Pero lo más grave fue la actitud de la anfitriona. En lugar de ofrecer soluciones, se mostró conflictiva y claramente enfocada en buscar excusas para no devolver la fianza. Actualmente seguimos en proceso legal para recuperarla. Un episodio especialmente absurdo fue cuando dos amigas quedaron encerradas en una habitación por usar un pestillo, y la policía tuvo que tirar la puerta abajo. Ahora pretende que paguemos esa puerta, cuando debe cubrirlo su seguro. En definitiva, una estancia desastrosa, en una casa descuidada y con una anfitriona que convierte unas vacaciones en una fuente de estrés. No reserven este lugar si quieren disfrutar. Una experiencia para no repetir jamás.
