Location, close to train station and centre of Rome.
Kitchen was broken, check in wasnt exactly instant and a random electrical fire broke out in a fuse box in the middle of the night.

The location next to the train station is very convenient!! The staff was so lovely helpful and they left us a small gift upon check out :)
It’s a great place to rest your head if you’re out exploring Rome all day!
For the price we paid, it was a very small room and a bit dark and sterile. We didn’t want to spend time there, but it works for crashing out after a long day in the city.

Great location, near to Termini. Rooms are clean. Separate kitchen area.
Major issue with bathroom plumbing. Anytime you open a tap and some motor noise starts. And that assembly is inside the bathroom. At night if one person uses bathroom, others sleep will get disturbed by that pump noise.
Also issue with hot water bath, you have to keep flow very slow else cold water starts pouring.
