Liegt super Central. Unglaublich nette, sympathische Vermieter. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Chiang Mai kommen, wird es definitiv wieder dieses Hotel.

Le couple de propriétaire était très gentil dès notre arrivée. Il nous a aidé à faire notre programme pour les trois nuits que nous avons passées là-bas. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous soyons à l’aise, des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours à disposition, ainsi que des fruits provenant de leur ferme. Logement très bien placé dans le quartier avec quasiment toutes les activités autour de nous à pied.
Seul petit bémol, la salle de bain est toujours humide et n’est pas très moderne, et l’appartement sent donc un peu le renfermé.

The Commonroom is exactly as described - a lovely and simple oasis of calm right in the middle of the best sights of Chiang Mai. Amazing how spacious, clean and well designed this large room, bathroom, and balcony were. The owners are the kindest people who did all possible to make my travel in and around the city easier and always asked what I was getting up to each day to offer recs where they could. And their cat is so cute!!

Excellent location and complimentary water and snacks.
There’s no rack or table to put our luggage and objects. One bed doesn’t have energy outlet and side table. We noticed some seepage in the room.
