Excellent location and complimentary water and snacks.
There’s no rack or table to put our luggage and objects. One bed doesn’t have energy outlet and side table. We noticed some seepage in the room.

The Commonroom is exactly as described - a lovely and simple oasis of calm right in the middle of the best sights of Chiang Mai. Amazing how spacious, clean and well designed this large room, bathroom, and balcony were. The owners are the kindest people who did all possible to make my travel in and around the city easier and always asked what I was getting up to each day to offer recs where they could. And their cat is so cute!!

位置挺好，楼下也有不少吃的。主人家很友好，尽力提供帮助。房间虽小但五脏俱全。小阳台我也很喜欢
唯一不好就是床，弹簧床太太太软了，睡完腰背痛😓 如果能换新的硬的床垫，会再来住～

Si sente ogni rumore proveniente dalla strada e dalla struttura, non c’è la possibilità di dormire al buio (il bagno ha una finestra che dà sulle scale sempre illuminate e non c’è possibilità di chiuderla, la porta del bagno è trasparente). La finestra che dà sul balcone non si può oscurare bene
