    Nice hotel run well. The rooms are a bit on the small side. Breakfast choice is limited but what there is is good.

    Initially, we booked only two nights in Chiang Mai, but we loved this hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay for two more days. The hotel is absolutely amazing! Starting with the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling—from the reception team to the kitchen staff. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious as well. It is served buffet-style, and everything was always fresh, from the vegetables to the daily hot dishes such as fried rice, noodles, and rice soup. Every day there was a selection of fresh fruits, including watermelon, dragon fruit, and papaya. There were also eggs, sausages, pancakes, milk, fruit spreads, and fresh orange juice. The staff were attentive, always making sure the buffet was fully stocked and that guests had everything they needed. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

    The hotel is at a great location in the Old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The policies are very much around payment as they don't allow to put things on bill (exept for drinks). Such as a deposit you need to give in cash for an extra room key. Laundry service, if you want to pick it up needs to be paid in cash. And the check-out is clearly to check to see if there is any damage (according to the long loss&damage list presented in the room). It feels somewhat customer unfriendly. The staff however is very friendly about it. The pool is much smaller then it seems on the pictures and the space around consists of muddy grass (during monsoon) so you can't sit next to the pool. The breakfast was overcrowded and options are limited. Better to go around the corner and eat fantastic local food. We stayed in the Junior Suite. Walking in felt dark and the layout was slightly odd. Not inviting to stay in. The lounge area was also the hall and entrance and felt squashed in and does not have any window. The main bedroom felt squashed in as well. The second bedroom (twin bed) was more spacious and slightly lighter but the attached bathroom was very tight near the toilet that sitting was not easy. The room decoration itself was fine and had all it needed. Plenty of towels. Cleaning could have been better. Especially in the bathrooms. There were also some left over packages and hair things (never nice to find these) in the rooms.
