    The place is tucked away among other guesthouses. But has its unique charm and resort feel. Some areas appear messy, but that’s because Koko is redoing them. I would go again just because of Koko’s friendliness and helpfulness.

    We’re on a vacation after Songkran and stay here for 2 nights the owner is a sweet lady she offers to pick us up from the van station and even let us stay for our late night flight on the last day The room was big, clean if you like cats , they are always running around or say hi to you and quite well behaved not cause any trouble and my boyfriend love frog , there were a build up pond in front of the room if you like a nature sound while you relax or sleep Come and consider this place, the owner is super nice and only one that taking care of the place with her adopted cats if you like animals and want to support locals business

    Koko Palm Inn biggest assest is the owner , she took care of us during our stay she always make sure we are in the best of everything all the time , it's not a hotel that we stayed in but a second home 🏠 we will stay here again on our next trip to the lovely and quite Chiang Mai ❤️

    I was a bit disappointed. Unfortunately the place seems to have aged badly compared to the photos. A bad smell was coming from the bathroom and there were lots of mosquitoes, so I wanted to keep the sliding doors closed as much as possible, but they were rusty and very difficult to close. The place is home to many cats, so do not book if you are allergic. And a lot of junk stored in the outdoor areas. However the manager was lovely and really helpful all the time.
