The place felt very safe, clean, tidy and extremely well maintained. Although our pod wasn’t ensuite, the communal facilities were just a short walk away. The path is well lit 24/7 and the facilities themselves were immaculate and warm all the time. Will was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

A brilliant stay on the island with a great host. I went for a painting trip to see if I might return for longer. I definitely will. The host picked me up from teh ferry and took my bags to the pod which was a nice touch, especially as it was raining.
To be fair it was all better than expected. The only issue was the weather - but then theres not much you can do about that. And if you're daft enough to go to Iona early March it might be expected.

It’s set in a beautiful location with super views.
The pods are compact but bijou, and easy to keep warm
Very clean and spacious shower/toilet:kitchen/laundry blocks.
The proprietor (Will) was very friendly and helpful when we were on the site. I left my pillow behind (as we had an early-ish departure) which he promised he’d post to my home.
We didn’t know a car permit was required to get onto the island, so we had a flurry of very last minute calls to the local council to ensure we could take our car onto the ferry as my partner has significant mobility issues. We felt that the proprietor wasn’t apologetic for this serious oversight in communication, and it should be made VERY clear to everyone booking that visiting vehicles are largely not permitted.
We also thought the pods were a tad over priced.
Bed was too hard for us to sleep on.
