Great location in Graça, if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Alfama or other popular neighborhoods. Very comfortable. Spacious. Bathroom is also a comfortable size. Clean and well equipped. WiFi works very well. Balcony is great for watching the neighborhood cats. We counted 8 different ones. But they are quiet during the night. Beatriz is running a very efficient operation and is very responsive with answering questions and taking care of any issues.

The only issue we had was the air conditioner breaking down. But Beatriz took care of it and got it fixed the very same day. Street can be noisy at night, especially during garbage removal.

La rénovation a été bien faite, appartement très agréable, on s'y sent bien. Très lumineux, bien équipé. Tout est fourni pour un séjour facilité. La literie est très bien. Les gestionnaires de l' appartement sont très réactifs Une très bonne surprise pour nous cet appartement.

L'emplacement est un peu compliqué à pied avec des personnes âgées. Mais les Uber ou Bolt sont abordables. Manque un ventilateur pour chaque chambre. 1 seul dans l appartement et la clim n' est efficace que dans le séjour. La chambre donnant sur la porte d'entrée est spécial. Mais pas dérangeant.

Просторная квартира, светлая. Высокие потолки. Очень уютная кровать, хорошее постельное. Очень чисто. Есть даже вид на океан с балкона. Несмотря на то, что окна выходят прямо на улицу, на проезжую часть, было совсем не шумно и нам ничего не мешало спать.

Минусов не заметила
