The Pedro Alexandrino condominium is located in an authentic neighborhood of Lisbon (between Graça and Sapadores), close to transport (bus at the door, metro and tram 28). The 7 apartments were all renovated in mid-2016 and were equipped with wifi, cable TV, hot/cold air conditioning, terrace or balcony overlooking the garden common to all condominium guests. The garden is made up of fruit trees (orange and lemon trees) and aromatic herbs.

Very spacious, and luminous, it has a modern open kitchen with oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, dish washer, coffee machine, fridge, a living room with flat screen tv, a bathroom with shower, a separate wc, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.
Wifi, AC in all roms, flat screen tv with international channels are provided in this flat.

From the upper apartment came a lot of noise and we had the impression the sound-protection of the (main) building in general and between the ground and 1st floor could be better.
