Perfect for business travelers or couples looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed.
There are no windows in the bedroom, on the upper floor, only a skylight over the bed.
￫ Bathroom
The apartment has one interior bathroom with shower.
￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a writing desk, air conditioning and dining table for 2.
Beware there is only one window in the living room, next to the seating area.
￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, iron and coffee maker (coffee not included).
After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The neighborhood of Graça is an old parish of Lisbon situated on the highest of the seven hills of Lisbon.
It is a picturesque neighborhood quite different for its views, large buildings with two of the best viewpoints of Lisbon, recently renovated, being the Miradouro da Graça and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. It is located next to the iconic São Jorge Castle, known for its wonderful view.
Known for its ups and downs, we recommend comfortable shoes.
If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.
￫ Metro
The cheapest is by far the metro with a trip between the 25 and the 30 minutes. The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia (15-minute walk from the apartment).
→ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).
There is a paid parking lot just across the street from Santa Apolónia Station.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
