About this apartment rental
Charming building, is relatively new (compared to the area) is from 2010, is only 4 apts the developer keep the style of the old Lisbon Architecture. One bedroom but have a great living space, nice new kitchen well equipped, bathroom with a bathtub and a bide.
All the rooms have doors to the balconies (2 balconies) both of them have amazing river views, one you see the sun rise and the other the sunset, very comfortable bed, big sofa, WIFI, internet and TV with a lot of International chanels.
The neighborhood is a very typical Lisbon neighborhood is a historical neighborhood, you still can find the old stores, there are restaurants, little supermarkets and a lot of cafes, there is a croissanterie 2 streets below that have amazing bread.
The location of the apt is on a one way street , not a lot of cars, very quiet, the bedroom is on the back and there is no street there, only backwards, you hear the birds.
There is very good public transportation on the parallel street, that can take you anywhere if you don't feel like walking.
If you came by car or your have rented a car, you can park outside on the street for free.

Great host, good communication. Vey clean, & well equipped place to stay. We loved our stay in Lisbon and found everything we needed and loved the location. The bed was very comfortable, and we could not have wished for more.

A lovely apartment with wonderful views. Well appointed, good appliances, bright and clean.The building is clean and quiet.The neighborhood is as well.If you have mobility issues or lots of heavy luggage this may not be a good fit.While the neighborhood is very nice and the local merchants are terrific, you will find yourself fairly far from the city center, traffic can be tough and parking is non-existent.Communication was swift, clear and very helpful.

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay. Great location. Wonderful local dining and markets within steps of the apartment. Lots of space. Great balcony. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Communication was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again. I have no idea why there’s a question about a winery experience. There was no wine experience however we did experience a lot wonderful Portuguese wine

There were problems with our stay.
1. The codes to enter the property were inaccurate
2. Communication with the owner was difficult.
3. The apartment was cold and had inadequate heating for the the time of year.
4. There were no extra blankets to mitigate the cold.
Overall, the apartment was nice, it was very clean and located in a pleasant neighborhood. Comfy bed.
