Nice theme around children’s books. Good room, outside area and excellent breakfast, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Shower room rather small but very good shower water pressure.

Great location and The Wardrobe was really lovely. Love the fact the unit had its own fridge-freezer, but they also offer a little kitchen area next to the breakfast room which has washing up facilities, f/f glasses, plates, etc. Dick is a real character and extremely friendly.
Loved everything about our stay and had no complaints but perhaps a large mirror in the bedroom would be a nice touch

What wasnt to like,? The whole experience was lovely the staff and owner ,Dick,Jess and family were attentive and freindly, and even though this place is dog freindly, I would like to say they are more than that! this is probably the most dog freindly property I have ever staying in they were treated first class with a sausage every morning at breakfast!
lovely grounds and very easy and quick journey to town.
The breakfasts were to kill for! lovely selection and list of options cooked to your liking!
Honestly there was nothing I disliked about this property,I would make some constructive suggestions though,
1 a little gate infront of each room just to keep dogs close by.
2 There is a communal kitchen with lots of fridge space but maybe a small freezer, just to keep ice creams in etc?
3, maybe consider a small hob/oven as we like to cook rather than eat out in the evening,
but none of these are issues or dislikes.
