The location. The condo unit is clean and nice lake view.
I don’t know if it happens often? Only one elevator was working. We have to use the stair to go down, luckily me and my husband are healthy and regularly exercising, and our unit was only on the 5th floor. I felt sorry for the other guests who can’t use the stair.

Proximity of the place to eateries and mall at Tagaytay, cool temperature at this place is super nice too, diff from city areas

I like the climate so cold ,,and the ambiance so clean
About the elevator most of the time we used stairs,when we need to go down ,,coz of. Many guest and only 1 elevator operating on tower 5

the room was really nice. the internet was suitable for work
we didn't have the full view of taal coz the unit was on a lower floor.
