    The reception and elevator service were terrible. We waited almost 1 hour just to check in, then another hour just to board the elevator. Even during normal hours, using the elevator would take around 30 minutes. During check-out, the situation became even worse. Our stay on the 18th floor was very inconvenient and frustrating because of the extremely poor elevator management.

    This property was recommended by Agoda. I dont know if the property owner knew this but i was scammed at my first booking. This property was chosen by agoda and it was already evening, this property saves our trip experience and the place was unexpected, i was only expecting room and bed but this property has karaoke, huge tv, air-conditioning, heater, wifi, kitchen wares, tennis racket, basketball, man it even has a carpet! Property owner is very responsive. This place is highly recommended!
