Clean and comfortable. The apartment was nicely decorated. The apartment included everything we needed to cook.

I liked everything

Check-in & check-out was nice & smooth. The WiFi was excellent. Value for your money for this Large Townhouse with a great location. Our stay was pleasant & comfortable for our family of 9. Great for families & large groups. It can accommodate up to 20 guests. Garage for parking, but you can also park outside. Our Host Renz was very friendly & attentive to our needs, She was flexible in letting us check in early, before 11:00 am. Communication with her was prompt & available. Renz provided service that was excellent & professional. Highly recommend this Townhouse for your staycation in Tagaytay.

At night the city water pressure was a little slow momentarily but came back on…Just ask Renz how to switch to the water tank.

great location

The unit was quite spacious and fully furnished. Air conditioning units are present in all of the bedrooms and living rooms. Refrigerator, induction, and rice cookers are available for use. Internet and water purifying systems are also available here. The roof deck is also open, accommodating more or less 20 persons. There is an available grilling area. Four dining tables are available in the area; three on the ground floor and one on the roof deck. Parking slots are also available. 1km away from groceries but less than 100m for the nearest restaurant (Dekada). Tag Royale Parc Hotel if you plan to order food through food panda/grab.

There was no water in the evening and the house was not very clean. There was a cockroach when we arrived and there were a lot of ants in the house. There were no towels available when we arrived. There was a lot of noise due to being nearby the main road. There are three comfort rooms, but the heater in the common CR on the 2nd floor did not work. Putting a shower curtain here will significantly help and lessen the water puddles. There is no heater or hot water in the CR located on the ground floor. Trash bins in the CR were not present, which may be requested by the future rentee.The cleanliness, especially the flooring, must be requested to be cleaned before arriving. The beddings need to be cleaned and steamed.
