The location is good, very near the mall and other tourist spots and popular eating areas in Tagaytay. Facility of the house is so clean and very spacious. Toiletries were even provided and the kitchen is equip with cooking utensils. The caretaker was so attentive to all our needs and even taught us how to use the stove and other equipment in the house.

Only downside was all bedrooms were on the basement and 2nd floor hence my 83 year old father has to sleep on the couch in the living room. Maybe they can indicate it on the room details to pre-empt those who are booking with PWD or elderly. They were also very strict with regards to noise especially at night so this place may not be suitable if you have playful kids with you.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Home Tagaytay. The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The ambiance really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made meal preparation very convenient during our stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into ensuring guests have a comfortable experience. What we really loved was the variety of entertainment available. From karaoke sessions to a selection of books, a chessboard, and other board games, there were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged and having fun throughout our stay. A special mention to Ms. Ping, who provided truly excellent service. She was attentive, accommodating, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Overall, it’s great value for money, and we highly recommend Serenity Home Tagaytay to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back!
