Landmark by Villas Segovia

We ate breakfast across the street at The Money Bar. It was excellent and reasonable in cost. The pool was amazing. The location was quiet. We really like staying at this property.

The toilet. It has an internal leak and the water refills every hour or and it is very noisy. It wakes you up at night. We had reported this in January when we stayed there, maintenance came to look at it and said they needed to order a part. Well, now it is June, the same issue, no part was replaced, problem not fixed. I kind of felt like I got lip service. Anyway, do not stay in #105 if you want peaceful sleep.

Everything was amazing, we loved our stay here and the convenient walk across the tiny street to the beautiful ocean was wonderful. We watched the sunset every night! Lovely place, clean, beautiful, convenient, great pool and hottub and service.

Just wish the washing machine worked a bit better, and that the shower didn't flood into the bathroom, but they helped us resolve that by tilting the shower head so it wasn't going toward the door, so that was great!

The complex was fantastic. Common areas and facilities were clean and of high quality, specifically the Gym and Pool. The location was also great. Across from some of the best snorkelling on the island and a comfortable beach club that we could use free.

The unit itself was very poorly equipped. The kitchen had nice appliances but random supply of pots and pans, dishes and utensils (3 of each). We had to ask for drinking glasses and a dish dry rack (dishwasher was broken). The Laundry machine was the most basic imaginable and the fill hose sprayed water everywhere. Finally, none of the garbage containers had lids, which was inappropriate for the kitchen and toilet. In short, inattention to details really took away from the comfort of a otherwise nice experience
