In this beautiful four-bedroom villa, you'll feel like you have paradise all to yourself, with your own private dock, seawater pool, and postcard-perfect views of the sunset.
The house is just a mile from San Miguel, Cozumel's town, and a half-mile from beach restaurants. But since it's on the pristine north side of the island, it's removed from all the hustle and bustle near the island's ferry. (Around here, the Google Maps satellite view is practically all green jungle and turquoise ocean.)
Enjoy a multi-level terrace with a seawater infinity pool, lounge chairs, and a palapa with a wooden deck and outdoor seating, plus an outdoor shower and half bathroom. The best part? You have your own dock, and the reef is right there for snorkeling.
Inside, watch the cruise ships glide by from the bedroom or living room windows. You'll love relaxing on the living room's ample sectional couch, or if you're a musical type, playing the piano the hosts have provided for you. Eat dinner while watching the sun slip into the ocean in the dining room, with seating for eight. Or enjoy breakfast in the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for five.
