Villa RosMar - Luxury Beachfront House w/Private Pool + Lovely Sandy Beach

Property was a great location for a group vacation. We were three families with six adults and eight kids.We hired the property’s chef, Francisco, he was superb and I would definitely recommend. We requested family style means breakfast and dinner and they turned out fantastic. There were some minor maintenance issues with the property, but nothing significant. We were disappointed that the sargassum had arrived along the beach which limited our ability to play in the water. That’s something to keep in mind as we didn’t realize that that part of Cozumel was susceptible. There isn’t much that can be done about the sargassum so that isn’t the property owner’s fault. We ended up going south along the coast for clean beaches. There is a pier about a fifteen minute walk down the beach that was clear of the seafood and we made use of that. The south side of the island was totally clean.Property and area felt very safe. Bedrooms were nice and large. The extra bedroom (the sixth bedroom) is in a semi-detached building. It was fine for tow of our kids, but it was basic when compared to the other rooms (which we had assumed was the case based on the photos).

Excellent host. Amazing house. Very happy with the whole experience. Service was above and beyond. Going back again.

Beautiful house for our family of 8. We had Chef Francisco and his staff prepare dinners for our entire stay, and each one was amazing. We would highly recommend him in lieu of going to restaurants in the evenings. And their margaritas were the best!

Our family of six enjoyed a fabulous stay at the RosMar Villa. Mariano was an exceptional host, and was in contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival to make arrangements like booking tours, car rentals and massages for us. We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable.
