Staff are really nice. They will help you and advise you about your trip, suggested walks, where to eat, etc... without pushing you. Room is ample and bed comfortable. There is always tea available and good area for work / meet other people. Did not try breakfast. Location is good to catch mashrukta for going to countryside but a bit far away from center.
Toilet could be a bit bigger given the big side of the room.... it makes it difficult to use. I was not cold but at some points I wished heater was turned on.
