Linistea, izolarea si curtea foarte mare. Locurile de parcare. Impartirea casei in mai multe apartamente independente. Curtea mare in care copiii au alergat si s-au jucat inclusiv fotbal.

Ceilalti voiau sa faca gratar, dar legile padurii nu permit. Pentru mine a fost excelent acest fapt.

The villa had too many problems. One of the most unpleasant was the electrical installation. It was necessary to constantly think about which appliances were stuck in order not to burn the fuses. Also the internet was very weak - delivered not by cable but via a wifi receiver. We rented a villa with 4 bathrooms, and it turned out that one could not be used at the insistence of the owner, which was not written in the offer. Also the shower cubicles were very small and there was no way to hang the showers on the wall. Another rather unpleasant fact is that two of the apartments had windowsless rooms with sunlight, which made them look like prison cells. Also the described distance of the villa to the sea - 800 m. is certain by air.
