What a gem! Walled in and very safe and secure. Fantastic locations - you can be in the ocean, at the market, or in many great restaurants in just a few quick minutes of walking. The villas themselves were brilliantly planned - great spaces! And such a well kept property - very clean, beautiful landscape, fantastic little pool. A giant troop of monkeys came through the property every day, treating us to a wonderful carnival in the trees. Coati's came around at night. And El Jeffe, the gigantic iguana, patrols the property with pride. But dare I say it was the staff that made our stay 100/10? Felt like visiting old friends!

Leaving was the worst part!

Our stay in Costa Rica was made absolutely unforgettable thanks to The Breeze Hotel & Villas in Tamarindo. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and relaxed. Accommodations: The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a "home away from home" rather than just a hotel room. Service: Jean Marc and the staff are the real standout here. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful with anything we needed. Location: Perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty of Tamarindo while still offering a peaceful retreat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first trip to Costa Rica. We highly recommend The Breeze and can't wait to come back!

The owner welcomed us at the entrance! Instantly felt at home, in this quiet enclave of suites around a beautiful 2-level pool. Owner was so friendly and responsive throughout, will definitely go back!

We loved the whole experience, but for lack of anything substantial to write as "didn't like" I would just say, having the "in pool" lights on at night would improve the vibe :)
