Breakfast in our room, à la “room service”! Just like the good old days.
There was nothing to dislike! Giuliana’s welcome was warm, professional and informative.

Very comfortable, very close to the Opera house , Castle Novo, Piazzas and Spaccanapoli , Spanish Quarters, minutes away of walking
All was good . Couldn’t ask for a better Host, Juliana was excellent. Helped us to get a 3am cab to the airport.

The only thing we liked was the location.
Our shower was broken and leaking. When we got there they tried to fix it. But it still leaked forcefully when trying to take a shower and the cap came off wetting the floors the walls. No one was there to help in the front desk. Neither answered our phone calls or messages through booking :(
