Location, cleanliness
Was conscious about not having a door mat, especially as we arrived in the rain. The heater in the bathroom didn’t stay on for long enough

The location was walking distance to the centre of the town.
Directions for access to the property were very poor. It took some time to locate the rooms behind the address provided accessible from a side street. Lack off road parking was not ideal.
