Very cosy, loved the gas fire. Bed was really comfortable
A bit more kitchen equipment would have been helpful, e.g. knives, crockery, etc

Location, good sized room, parking, property overall was lovely.
Check in process was ridiculous. Nominated a check in time then when we asked to comet 45 minutes earlier (still after the property’s earliest check in time) we were told it would cost another $35. We declined, but we’re still waiting 30 minutes after our original check in time for our access code. Property is unstaffed, so had to make 3 calls to the contact centre. Other guests had the same problem the following night.
Shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding, coffee machine leaked…the property didn’t quite live up to expectations.
