Romantic Terrace

Given the location is so central, it meant we could pop back to the apartment at any point during the day to escape the crowds and appreciate the fantastic air conditioning! As a family of four (two adults with teenagers), the apartment comfortably accommodated us. The double bed and two singles were all comfortable. Self check-in was straight forward, aided by proactive instructions from the host, whilst the apartment was clean and suitably equipped for a comfortable 3 night stay. Moreover, the host was prompt to respond to the few queries we did have.

My only slight criticism is the roof terrace would benefit from some shade from the fierce summer sun. There was 'evidence' to suggest that a shade once existed - the apartment would be even better if it was reinstated.

Location is IDEAL, a block from the Duomo and shops, restaurants, cafes… The host is super nice, the apartment is pretty and practical, the bedroom is on a separate level, there are air conditioning units on both levels. And the private rooftop terrace is a dream!!!!!!

Nous nous étions mal compris sur l'heure d'arrivée, et l'hôte à tout mis en œuvre pour nous accueillir dès que possible. Très bon contact, endroit exceptionnel ! une vue à couper le souffle. Vraiment une très bonne expérience. Situé en plein cœur de Florence. Et un petit déjeuner compris, ce qui est plutôt rare lorsqu'on réserve un appart !

Par rapport à l'appartement, nous n'avons rien à redire, le lieu est très joli et confortable. La terrasse est très bien située et offre une vue exceptionnelle. Le seul axe d'amélioration aurait été de pouvoir laisser nos sacs à l'arrivée et au départ sans avoir à payer une consigne. Mais c'est un détail.
