Beautiful countryside escape

Beautiful location incredibly peaceful, lots of animals for our family to enjoy spotting from the balcony alone :) The lodge was really well Kitted out and had all we needed for the weekend

Amazing lodge, lovely hosts, in a beautiful secluded setting.

The setting is secluded yet easy to find. Orchard lodge is bright, comfortable and has all you need for a fabulous stay. As it's on a farm, we had sheep and newborn lambs, and chickens literally on our doorstep, which was wonderful. The hosts Anne and Rob, are so nice, and nothing is too much trouble. Their attention to detail when preparing the lodges is outstanding. We have already booked again, and can't wait to get back to our home from home in an idyllic setting. Thank you so much.

Lovely homely lodge

Lovely and peaceful could hear a rooster now and then. The lodge is lovely and very well equipped with some lovely little finishing touches when you arrive. Anne the owner is very helpful x

very comfortable and really well equipped for self catering

unfortunately we have two dogs who are very chicken and sheep motivated and they couldn’t settle but that wasn’t the owners fault I did book us into a property on a farm.

Beautiful location and a very comfortable lodge with everything we needed. We loved being surrounded by all the animals and were very lucky to have stayed in the midst of lambing season. Anne was a very helpful and accommodating host - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lush time at the Lodge

The lodge was very comfortable nice and peaceful, Farm right next door many animals, local pubs worth a visit with plenty of walks nearby, Xmas tree and trimmings were a nice touch as well as eggs, milk, wine, Xmas cake and mince pies plus tea & coffee, all bedding & towels provided

Peaceful lodge with great views

As soon as you arrive at Pound Farm Lodge you are blown away by the amazing views and peacefulness. The owners leave you a lovely welcome pack of eggs, cake , milk etc. They are also very welcoming. The lodge has everything you need for a self catering break and is situated in a great location to visit numerous attractions. There are lovely walks close by and a village pub.

Very clean, tastefully decorated & comfortable space. Loved the terrace and ability to let my dog run free as the garden was fully secured

Location and facilities were exceptional, hosts were very accommodating, we bought lamb and logs off the farm

This lodge is a little gem. A place to unwind and enjoy peace and quiet and a few get away days. Loved the farm animals being very close by. Our hosts were lovely adding homely touches, flapjacks were delicious.
