Great stay

Worth the price (35€ per night for 3 persons in June). Unlike other stays in Velipoja, the house seems well equipped and everything is clean. The rooms are comfortable. The house is spatious. Airco works fine and the kitchen is well equipped unlike other stays in Velipoja where you have to bring "everything" with you.

Mosquitoes, an ongoing issue in Velipoja in general.

Great place and very convenient to all amenities.

The property was extremely clean, spotless I must say and it’s very close to all amenities, right in the centre of Velipoje, being on Road 9 of Velipoje Beach. The woman manager is very polite, helpful and ready to fulfill any requests that you might have. It has a lift for easy access and they offer parking as well very close to the apartment.

I can’t say that I did not like anything.

The apartment was great, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with all the facilities that you need, there was air conditioning in every room. The location was great for families with kids, 5 minutes walking to the beach, close to stores, supermarkets ect. The host were very kind and helpful during the whole stay. 5 🌟

We liked everything about this appartment and host as well.

A good place to stay!

I liked the appartment it was brand new and very well equipped. Very good location next to supermarkets and noise insulated. Aircon in both rooms and two balconies.

I was supposed to bring kitchen, toilet and bedroom accessories (like dishwasher gel, towels, soap, toilet paper etc) with me which sounded weird. In the end the owner provided them however it still sounds weird to me.

Everything was just perfect, the lady who greeted us and handed the keys and showed us around was very kind and so lovely. The apartment was very spacious and very clean indeed. Everything was wonderful!
