A spacious, bright apartment, spotlessly clean. You’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday. Efficient air conditioning in both rooms. The apartment is right by the beach—you can enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the sea. There’s a well-stocked grocery store directly downstairs. Parking is available right next to the building. Plenty of restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, yet it’s quiet at night.
The hosts speak good English. The service is excellent and hospitable from start to finish. The lady will even do your laundry if you need a washing machine. We recommend this accommodation to everyone, and without hesitation, we will book it again when we return to beautiful Velipojë.

Beachfront location with everything close , including the grocery store on the ground floor. Cleanliness was superb. Huge space and well equipped. Very friendy owners. The beach bar with pleasant staff was right across our balcony- a nice and quiet place where we had our morning coffees. We stayed in May and only a few tourists, which made our stay even more comfortable.

This is a two roomed apartment right on the beach. The location is fantastic. It is on the “family end” so whilst there is a lovely beach bar in front of you, it is not blaring out boom boom music all day and night. It was extremely clean, with a good sized bathroom, aircon in each room, free Wi-Fi in each room.the beds were comfortable.
David, the host, was very, very kind. He offered us drinks and ice cream on the house. His mom was kind. We felt like guests not clients. David recommended an excellent restaurant and allowed us a late check out.
The beach is super clean and in June, not crowded.
This is a lovely little place- I am a bit paranoid about security but was quite happy for my kids to wander around on their own to get ice cream
I liked everything. What I would saying there Is a raised threshold on the two room doors that you could trip on. If you are looking where you are walking, this is obviously not a problem. But with kids, you might want to remind them to look.
