Nice and relaxing

Staff were accommodating, Driver was very helpful and a great tour guide. More close to local villages, less noise.

Location wise - to avoid Ubud Traffic make sure u plan 20-30mins ahead because it is a bit of a drive into Ubud Central. Not many shops or places to eat for walking distance. So transportation wise you'll need to rent out a car/Grab. However nice local stuff to see. There was a slight misunderstanding about our villa being used for one their Holy ceremony. So before you book just confirm with villa if your place be will used during your stay. We understood that day was last minute planning however it would've been better if they discussed this with us prior to our stay ( we had to roam around for awhile until they finished). The hotel owner was quick to rectify the situation by giving us a free breakfast the next day.

Wolud love to come back

The villa was a bit different as on the pictures, but everything was there, very nice and clean pool, bed with mosquito net and clean halfopen bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there. The pancakes were so good, that we had them for breakfast everyday. The location was great. The hosts were really nice. The energy there was amazing.

Peaceful villa in ubud

Best service I have ever seen! Arya was such an amazing host, helped us renting a scooter, booking a boat trip to Gili and even gave us an early breakfast on the day we left. The villa was super comfortable, pool was clean

Beautiful property for full relaxation

Everything was super clean (ladies are cleaning every day), pool was great and everything was stunning. Breakfast was tasty. Location is perfect because you have 20min to centre of Ubud and 20min to other popular places and you avoid traffic jam. We rented a scooter through them and left our clothes to be washed.

Toilet door can’t be closed from inside. It would be good to have one more option for breakfast, if you are staying for a week it gets boring to eat the same (pancakes/eggs/eggs with rice)

Best villa in ubud ❤️

Best villa in ubud. The owner was very kind helping us to organise better our days in order to visit the best waterfalls. The villa is near monkey forest and near the best waterfalls. Also we rented the scooter in excellent conditions from the villa . Lovely staff always ready to help if needed . Good breakfast with the best pool 😍

My favourite stay in Bali

We came back for our second stay in this place. For us, everything was perfect. You’re not in the centre of Ubud (better!), you’ve full privacy, delicious breakfast, private pool, a nice restaurant only 3 min by foot and Ubud city centre is just a grab away! We’ll definitely come back for a third visit!

The Best Place for a Couple's Getaway in Bali

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at Pratiwi Ubud Villa. Having a completely private villa with its own pool was a dream. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The best part was the breakfast being cooked for us fresh in our villa's kitchen every morning! The staff was incredibly kind and our host went above and beyond to help us, arranging tours and transport. The location is quiet but a great base for exploring with a scooter. It's amazing value for money, and we highly recommend it for any couple. A truly 10/10 experience!

Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to be

Away from the city life, the stay is located at a peaceful place. Was able to stargaze at night and have a swim in the mornings. Situated only few hours away from all major places, it’s a good place to stay as well.

The property could add few more floor mats and the swimming pool could be temperature controlled.

Beautiful with lots to do!!

Good location and comfy bed. Had facilities if you wanted to cook your own food but there are good restaurants a short taxi away. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The shower was temperamental and you had to put the tap on to create water pressure.

Dream honeymoon

The owner and the girls from the service were all very friendly, polite, helpful and made our honeymoon perfect. Very flexible for all kind of deals, either about food, cleaning or even helping with plans, navigation, advices about trips, etc. Villa is very beautiful, quiet, perfect for relaxation, pool was regularly cleaned and there was no insects (bit of small ants and two small and very friendly lizards, but could be seen only on outside walls). Breakfast (and floating Breakfast) is very tasty, price was good and looked beautiful. Our recommendation and we hope that we will come here again.

lovely stay for couples

loved the pool and the privacy of the garden. bathroom area design was lovely, and the loved the bed net to keep the bugs away. also arya and his staff are awesome and very responsive, they also provided me a sarong when the temple ceremony took place.

could use more thorough cleaning, although it wasn't bad at all. also the swimming pool could be cleaned more often.

Personally i would not stay there again

Needs maintenance, only one toilet roll, no iron and no conditioner for your hair! Wen asked staff for an iron we were told no they gave it to the other people staying there

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable, yet close to all of the must sees!

The breakfast was deliciously fresh, and made to order daily. We felt very safe and comfortable staying in our villa. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, considerate and polite. The villa was tidied up and we were given fresh towels daily. The plunge pool was very refreshing after a long day of sight seeing. We had an excellent driver that was recommended by the owner for a fair price. His name is Prima, we felt very safe as his passengers, we really enjoyed his company as he took us everywhere we requested, and even showed us interesting places when we ran out of ideas on what to see. I would not think twice about staying here again, and have told my family and friends to stay here as well.

We had a great breakfast service from Arya and his team, Arya made himself available for anything we needed during our stay. We loved the pool and outside area.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in Pratiwi, the room was super clean, staff super friendly while cooking our BKF, and Arya went out of his way to make us comfortable, for instance, we arrive late due to our flight, he arranged someone to wait for us, then he recommended us a couple of tours for the following days. I would like to say that his driver , Suka, was amazing, fair with the price, super friendly, generouse in many ways( he gave us Dragon fruit from his garden, he share to us some local food). If we return to Bali I would call Suka for sure- (+62 813 3956 0398) The swimming pool and the bath were amazing. Other thing we really appreciated was that Pratiwi has dispenser of water suitable for drinking, cheers for that Arya(: . We definitely recommend Pratiwi for at least 4 days and you will be able to visit most of Ubud.

Beautiful Villa which you never wish to leave.

The property was very private and I felt like I was in my own little oasis. The bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is cooked by staff at your Villa at a time you request. Arya can arrange tours etc for you if required. Property is some distance from Ubud, but easily and cheaply reachable by Gojek. I mainly like how rustic and traditional the Villa is.

Wonderful. A real Bali feel.

Breakfast was cooked for us at our villa. It was eggs your way sausage, toast and fruit. The location was down a rural road which was charming and had the real feel Bali. The owner organised transport into Ubud when we needed it. It is quite a way out of Ubud town there is no way you could walk. The accommodation also had a real Bali feel.

Disappointing

The Villa is good, but it is definitely different and older than in the photos. There are 3 small Villas, and depending on what time you check-in you can keep the good one, or the bad one, which does not make sense.

Beautiful villa!

Our stay in villa Pratiwi was absolutely great. The staff was very polite and Arya, the owner, helped us to rent a scooter and to book activities in Bali (Mt Batur trekking etc.). The room was cleaned every day and clean towels were provided every single day. Breakfast is also provided everyday (eggs with toast and fruits) and it is made fresh in front of you, however we just had it once as we wanted to explore other breakfast options in the town too.

Some maintenance may be required in some areas of the villa, such as the pool, the kitchen and the toilet, however it did not affect our stay at all. Also there were some stains on the net around the bed, but apart from that the room was clean.

Friendly people & comfortable villa

The staff and owner very very nice! They helped organize everything we needed (day trips, scooter, ...) - so thanks a lot! The pool is beautiful and the breakfast was freshly made in the kitchen for us

Heavenly and perfect villa for couples!

We had a heavenly honeymoon at Villa Pratiwi. the view during breakfast was superb! The villa was spacious and the bedroom was very comfortable. My wife and I liked that the breakfast is prepared at the villa with a lot of love and finesse. Thanks to Mr. Arya and his precious advice and tips, we planned our stay in Ubud and luckily the owner Mr. Arya took us to visit spiritual and unique locations for 4 days. He was a guide with deep knowledge and boundless spirituality. We were extremely happy with the deals and the competitive prices he negotiated for us, especially for rafting, shopping and activities, and visits to temples and landscapes. we felt an infinite spirituality during our stay which will certainly mark our life and our state of mind forever. We would like to thank the entire Pratiwi Villa team for their humanity, benevolence, and great spirit. I highly recommend it and I will be returning with my friends and family very soon.

Relaxing in a clean and wonderfull retraite with a 5 star service!

The accommodation was a delight the stay. We slept there for one night when passing trough. we we welcomed most friendly by one of the staff and afterward we met with the owner. As a guest you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The nights are filled with sounds of the surrounding nature with all of it’s sounds of animals like frogs, birds, crickets etc. I liked it to be fair, but if you are not used to it, it is something to factor in. The accommodation is very clean and well taken care of, the pool water is clear and well maintained aswel so without second thoughts you can jump in. As a bonus, the owner is very friendly and willing to accommodate with tips, tours and services without being intrusive. He even got us some good tips on visiting some better and more unexplored hotspots which was very nice. I could recommend everybody to stay here!

Maybe you need to adjust to some nightly animal sounds. Also the accommodation is a but further from the Ubud restaurants and hotspots for the evening (maybe 10 minutes by scooter). But it also relaxing not being in a crowded place.
